With winter around the corner, there is nothing better then a hearty and spicey curry to warm the soul! Head Chef Senzo shares his favorite curry recipe this month!
- Venison (Cubed)
- Coriander (Chopped)
- Garlic and Ginger (Spoon each)
- Curry Powder
- Coconut Milk
- Bay Leaves
- Cinnamon Sticks
- Star Anise
- In a pot add oil and let it heat up. Sauté onions until they are soft, add cinnamon sticks, star anise and bay leaves. Let it cook for a minute then add some curry powder, paprika, salt, turmeric, garlic and ginger. Cook the with the spices for a minute, then add tomatoes and cubed venison. Cook the venison until tender, add apricots and coconut milk. When all is combined remove from the stove and serve with rice or mash.
