Herb Crust For Lamb

Ingredients :

  • Bread crumbs
  • Chopped mixed herbs
  • Chopped fresh mint
  • Oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Melt butter then in the blender combine butter, lemon zest, fish spice, black pepper, mixed fresh herbs and blend till combined. On a tray place grease proof paper and pour the mixture on top lay it out evenly and place in the fridge to set until used.
