Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge is always finding innovative ways to be more competitive and available to more guests, so we are very excited to be venturing into the world of BEST AVAILABLE RATES. Our rates reflect the average nightly rate for one room for two adults and is priced in South African Rands. Our rates include accommodation as detailed below and 15% VAT. Flights and transfers to and from Leopard Mountain are not included.

Only by contributing to conservation can funds be raised to help save the reserve’s endangered species such as Black Rhino, White Rhino, Wild dog, Ground Horn Bill, Red Bill Ox-pecker, Leopard Tortoise and many more. This levy is essential in preserving the wildlife heritage of our reserve for future generations. In the past 2 years both the lion & cheetah populations have doubled thanks to this levy and the wildlife management programme within the Reserve.

GENERAL BOOKINGS

Bookings
- Your booking must be received in writing via e-mail.
- Our booking team will send you a confirmation in writing.
- We will hold your booking provisionally for 24 hours.
Payments
- All payments will be made into an Escrow account for Trusted refund policy
- You receive a guaranteed confirmation on a 20% deposit
- Your full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
Postponements
- You will face no penalty for any postponed reservation, for any covid related reason.
- All your payments will be transferred to your new booking.
Cancellations
- 20% From confirmation to 46 days prior
- 50% 31 - 45 days prior
- 80% 8 - 30 days prior
- 100% 1 - 7 days prior
- Refunds will be made to the Rand value received.
GROUP BOOKINGS

As we are small, exclusive and private lodges, and mostly have single bookings, group bookings are a large risk for
us,
which is why we have standard cancellation terms in place for bookings of 3 rooms or more.
Bookings
- Your booking must be received in writing via e-mail.
- Our booking team will send you a confirmation in writing
- We will hold your booking provisionally for 24 hours.
Payments
- You receive a guaranteed confirmation on a 20% deposit.
- Your full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival.
Postponements
- You will face no penalty for any postponement due to a Covid related issue.
- All your payments will be transferred to your new booking.
Cancellations
- 46 - 90 Days before arrival - 50% cancellation fee.
- 45 - 0 Days before arrival - 80% cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be made to the Rand value received.
Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge reserves the right, without notice, to release any accommodation held where the required deposits and payments have not been timeously received. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking with a full refund within 30 days of your arrival date should exceptional circumstances arise. Please note we will adjust rates at our discretion to accommodate factors beyond our control
Child Policy:
- Regretfully no children under the age of 12.
- All Children pay full adult rate.
