Pap Tart


  • Pap
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a pot with salted water cook stiff pap till fully cooked then add pepper, when fully cooked and incorporated remove from the stove and lay it out evenly on a flat tray to cook after cooling cut out rings if still thick cut in the middle to have a thinner piece. Then after cutting the pap out in a round tin lay out pap, tomato, parmesan, add another layer of pap again then mushrooms and parmesan and close with a pap slice.
