Red Velvet Cup Cakes

 

 

Ingredients :

 

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar 1 teaspoon bicarb
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 spoons red food colouring
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence

 

Ingredients Butter Icing:

 

  • Butter
  • Icing
  • Vanilla essence

Method:

 

  • Mix all dry ingredients together, then add eggs, plain yoghurt and mix well. Add milk , food colouring and vanilla essence. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes then using grease proof paper as a cup cake holder add in the mixture and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes and top with butter icing to serve.
